Vermond White is a character mentioned in The Final Station and its DLC The Only Traitor. He survived the First Visitation and founded the Council to protect humanity in the event of a second incident. He is the father of Armand White.
In The Only Traitor DLC the player can find his remains in a secret room inside the prison.
